EDUCATIONAL PLANNING

At the beginning of this week, we start with a simple but very important concept: Educational Planning, which is an instrument for quality improvent useful in the classrooms. In order to know the scope of this proyect each gruop of the class had to do their own Educational Planning for our ideal school, and after done it we presented for all our classmates, but also the teacher had the great idea of upload some of our ideas to the PADLET platform and that was de result:

There we can see all the ideas of each school, as a whole are such a good proyect.

Also we learnt the difference between INTENTION and ACHIEVEMENTS; that`s the daily live of a teacher, the first term refers to your plans, to the things you have chosen to teach and the way to do it; meanwhile, the second one concerns the reality, when you make your ideas happen into the classroom. Because what you plan is not always what really happen, and a good teacher is someone who can acommodate to the different situations.

To conclude, we went deeper into other two concepts EQUALITY and EQUITY, a example to understand it would be: in the case of equality we can ask "should per student funding at every school be exactly the same?" , but on the other hand a question more equility would be "should students who come from less get more in order to ensure that they can catch up?. To sum up, equiality offer the same to every body; while the equity offer what each person need. Also those famous pictures explain it graphically:
